"Easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Five stars means five stars here. The staff are on hand for everything you could ever need and more. "Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. Restaurant serves great breakfast with fresh baked goods as well as lunch or dinner available if you stay in and the food and wine selection is excellent. "

"Great place to stay for a solo traveler. The rooms were very clean and just enough space for one. Great location, in walking distance to everything. They give you a free bus pass and ticket to the pool. The breakfast was good and they also serve dinner for a few."

"The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. "

"We loved staying at the Villa Insam. It's a lovely family run place, very homely and welcoming located on the edge of a wildflower meadow. The room was spotless clean, comfortable beds and wonderful mountain views from the balcony. The breakfasts were yummy with home made products and set us for the day. Thank you :)"
