"I had a lovely stay. The staff at the reception (I think his name was Frank?) was very helpful. He explained everything I needed to know about the bus, attractions, and even gave suggestions for halal food. Also get go buy the Salzburg card from them and it was really convenient. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Location was also very close to the train station, and there's a bus stop right across the accomodation. Would totally recommend this place!"

"On the surface this property seems great, and for the most part, is. The staff was kind and helpful, the location was great, and it was easy to check in/out. I am giving this hotel a poor rating because of the noise in its location. Myself and those I stayed with got hardly any sleep due to noise outside of the hotel throughout all hours of the night. "Das Einchecken ins Hostel dauert jedes Mal viel zu lange, da man lange warten muss. Eine Person an der Reception ist einfach zu wenig, bei einem grossen Andrang. Ansonsten ist das Hostel top."
