"Wonderful opportunity to stay at a palace, famous in the movie, Sound of Music. Grounds and paksce are spectacular, and the buffet breakfast on the terrece overlooking the lake was a wonderful scenic opportunity with the mountain rages in the background."

"Alles super, sehr schönes Hotel, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Frühstück. Einzige kleine Kritik: der Schlafsessel ist für kleine Kinder nicht so geeignet (zu beiden Seiten kann das Kind rausfallen und das Metallgestänge bietet die Möglichkeit, sich einzuklemmen) und für einen Erwachsenen auch eher nicht so bequem. Für 2 Nächte war es okay und das Hotel war in allen anderen Punkten hervorragend!"

"What a neat property! Prime location near the Festungbahn, Dom and Mozartplatz. Easy walk across the river to see Mirabel gardens and other sites. No AC but we had a big fan in the room and with the open window, it was very comfortable, even in the heat of the day. Call ahead to be sure you can get parking if you need that. Staff was super helpful in getting us checked in and parked since the hotel is in a pedestrian zone and it can be a bit tricky. The location is worth it. Great breakfast in...
