"We stayed here for 3 nights during our first trip to the Dolomites and expected a better experience for the price paid. Cons: There was almost never anyone at the front desk. We were asked to communicate through WhatsApp, but responses were quite slow. Netflix in the room was not working throughout our stay. There is no air conditioning. The hotel has great amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, restaurant, bar, indoor/outdoor parking, ski room) and fantastic staff! The hotel is conveniently located in Val Gardena with easy access by car, shuttle and bus to local ski slopes! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff is superb! "Beautiful location with mountains views. Located with easy distance for numerous Dolomite’s Superski areas. The staff was marvelous, caring, generous and the breakfast exceptional! We dined in the restaurant 4 evenings food /drinks were superb! The apartment was clean with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and nice kitchenette-had everything we needed.
