4 stars only because they had some hot water issues they were working on. No hot water for 7-10 days on the property is kind of hard in 5 degree weather. But the staff and Amazon refunded half of the price so that was taken care of and they handled it in a very easy and professional way. I would go back there for sure.

Receptionist was excellent but room was recently renovated and our room 120 - walls were scratched and bathroom shower drain was rusted and black, couldn't turn on taps for shower and they were very lose. Vending machines are OUT OF ORDER. Would not stay there again. Not up to date at all.

The hotel is being renovated, so reality is the presence of supplies and workers around. However, the staff was most accommodating and helpful, and the cleaning staff are doing an excellent job. The location is great and door and service in the restaurant were also excellent. We will certainly stay there again.

This hotel is in need of some major renovations and cleaning. The furniture and carpet were dirty and the shower was peeling and barely functional. The only saving grace were the beds and AC units. Thankfully they were clean and quite comfortable.

We come to Williams Lake about 3-4 times a year. This was our first time staying at the Sandman Inn but it won’t be our last. Totally updated, modern, immaculate rooms and service. Super comfortable beds and bedding. Many convenient plug-ins for all our devices! I highly recommend this property :)
