"Staff is very friendly and room is overall clean. The sound insulation is poor. We can hear clearly people walking around and wash up. It is also next to the central part of Whistler village so there are noise outside on the street as well until very late in the night. Parking is not complimentary and the price is the same as public pay parking."

"Our toilet was not flushing when we had arrived. We spoke to someone directly at the front desk, she said she would have someone come look at it right away. We did mention that we were gonna be out of the room majority of the day when we arrived back eight hours later, the toilet was still not flushing. We then proceeded to wait for maintenance to come before any of us could shower and get ready for bed. It was very frustrating and we gave them more than eight hours to resolve the issue."
