Clean and quiet. There were a couple of issues but overall good value for the money. Right near the west end. Tube station around the corner. Nice staff.

Friendly reception staff. Good amenities.

Everything as good as expected

The hotel is beautiful. Staff were very helpful. We throughly enjoyed the breakfast.

Clean and comfortable rooms, although bed was a little on the hard side for me personally. Excellent noise insulation despite being in a very busy area. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff.

We stayed one night with dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately there was a long waiting time for our breakfast ( approx 50 mins) Staff apologised about wait time which was fine but when breakfast finally arrived, it was cold which makes me wonder if food was actually ready but just wasnt brought out. We couldn't wait for food to be re cooked as had a train to catch . The serving staff were very attentive but coldness of food spoilt our dining. Doorman Pascal went above and beyond by directing us to our waiting transport some distance from the hotel, excellent customer service.

Location excellent reception staff ok breakfast ok didn’t think there should be extra £10 charge for the breakfast menu. Rooms bit clinical in design but that’s personal taste.

Concierge Gabriel was exceptional. All staff were excellent and the hotel is lovely.
