"When you walk in there is a sewage smell they are trying to cover up with spray or something - was there a sewer backup? Otherwise this place is beautiful. Staff was minimally helpful, called the front desk to ask about operating the TV in person answering the phone said he didn't know."

"Room was disgusting. Light hanging down from ceiling in bathroom. Toilet backed up when used. Room phone didnt work. Desk clerk on duty was very rude and agressive. Only positive he did give me a plunger so we wouldnt have to change rooms. Loud partly due to comedy club attached to lobby. Pool dirty. ..."
