Very polite and attentive front desk, restaurant staff, as well as maids. Specially, Renan at the front desk, Deraldo at the Top-floor bar, and Michelle the person who cleaned up our room daily.
Breakfast buffet was excellent, with a large variety of fresh dishes every morning to have a great day start.
The hotel location is superb at the heart of Copacabana, with an excellent front ocean view overlooking the concert arena where I was able to watch for free two of the most renowned artists of the Brazilian music, like Alsione and Jorge Aragão.
Ah! and thanks of me booking through Expedia I was upgraded to a front ocean room view.

My 7th or 8th time in this hotel due to the location, staff and amenities. The restaurant on site has yummy food and the rooftop pool is great especially in the late afternoon/evening. Staff is amazing.
