Nice hotel close to shopping area .
However they had only 2 working elevators for 30+ floor hotel is unacceptable. They had world track and field championships and various other events in Tokyo happening the elevators should have been a priority. Waiting 15 to 20 min for an elevator is not good. The mattresses need to be changed the mattress was as hard as the box spring. Otherwise the hotel is nice
