Staff are very polite and breakfast spread is good. Aside some lighting features not working in the room, everything else is fine. This hotel would be suitable if you’re attending a conference here or have meetings with clients in nearby offices. But if you’re expecting major malls to be close by, you’ll have to hail a taxi or Grab (highly recommended) to get around town.

"There is a balcony attached to my room however it was locked and not accessible. The location of this hotel to the shopping mall is great. Shops are within walking distance. It is my one of my favourite hotels in this area."
