Hot tub was cold, maintenence had left for the evening and no one there k ew how to turn it on. It was the only filter i added in my search for the room. Oh, they charge $4.95 for a 20oz soft drink. The taff was polite and friendly, though.

The TV didn't work, front desk said someone would be there "in a bit" to fix it, but we were there for three days and no one ever showed up.
