"The guy at the counter was polite and respectful. The motel is remodeling so the entry area and first floor looked pretty bad. The staff was just in a small chair and a makeshift desk. Looks pretty bad. The room was great and at a good price. Overall, I’m satisfied."

"We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks."
