"Difficult check in. Could not find my reservation. The room set up was nice and spacious. Close to the beach. Continental breakfast was in a very small area without enough space. Had food on a cart in hall which was not convenient. Limited options."

"We contacted the hotel in advance. We have medically fragile children and a clean room is important. We booked 2 rooms. For the price, I can endure the broken drawers, shabby furniture, etc. It was odd that there were toilets on the balcony-saw those in reviews from months ago. But I drew the line ..."
