well, let's see.... we were 5 people and had to wait for 2h to get a breakfast. no, they were not full. guests let theirs and other local dogs use the pool for "anything" and nobody at the hotel cares. no, the pool was not clean. at 7pm all employees left and there was no service, let alone a phone ...
