The staff was very friendly. The room was reasonably priced. The room was big enough. The bathroom was small, BUT it had all the necessary items. The fan was of great use because Taxco is stuffy/humid. Thank you for welcoming us to Taxco. I will recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Very Charming

Excellent place to stay. Very charming. Very close to the Zocalo/main square. Hotel staff was super! I love the fact they recuse street dogs and find homes for them.

This property is perfect! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is so nice and helpful, and the location is ideal. It's a 10 min drive from the bus terminal and 2 min walk to the city center. You will love staying here!

Excellent beautiful Hotel. The Hacienda like hotel takes you back in time and allows you to disconnect from the day to day lifestyle. Highly recommend it. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were also extremely clean.

Beautiful Spanish property perfectly match to the town very nice staff ! Except the restaurant server was on her phone most of the service and took a while to bring over our check other wise the hotel had beautiful views and a great experience

The hotel is well located in the centre of Taxco, just minutes away from the centre. Beautiful property, charming design with a nice roof terrace. Only negative was that there was no hot water. After waiting for 5 minutes to heat up, the best we got was lukewarm water, which was tough in December

Very quaint. Beautiful patio. Staff very friendly. But room we were in needs update. Toilet backed up. Hot water takes 20 to warm up. Lots of stairs to room. Restaurant attached has good food. Overall a nice experience. Good location. Near zocalo and shopping.

Night arrivals, carry your own bags

Centrally located, comfortable and clean. You should know there is no elevator, so if you arrive at night no one is there to help you take your suitcase upstairs. We were OK with that, we just took 2 trips, but if you are traveling alone, or unable to carry luggage up at least 2 flights, this could be really tough. During the day there is someone there that can assist you. We loved our stay, staff. Was great, room was super clean. Only concern were the stairs, but we navigated it ok
