スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で、チェックインから滞在中まで一貫して安心感がありました。特に印象的だったのは、多言語対応のレベルの高さで、英語はもちろん、中国語・韓国語・フランス語などにも対応できるスタッフが在籍しており、国際色豊かなホテルだと感じました。 立地も非常に優れており、観光やビジネスの拠点として申し分ありません。周辺へのアクセスも良く、初めて広島を訪れる方にも安心しておすすめできます。 館内には24:00まで営業しているコンビニがあり、ちょっとした買い物にも困りません。さらにチェックイン時には人数分のミネラルウォーターをいただけるなど、細やかなサービスも嬉しいポイントでした。 総じて、快適さ・利便性・ホスピタリティのバランスが取れたホテルで、広島滞在の際にはぜひ再訪したいと思える一軒です。 ...

Excellent location with easy access to Hiroshima station. The property is dated. Stayed in a club room which was clean but could do with some updating. Club lounge was average.

Perfect location for going to Miyajima. A little far from downtown but it is a good trade off if you are going to Miyajima.
