Room temp control was not working even after switching the room. The USB charge port did not work in the room and in the switched room too. Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale and old. Definitely not a 5-star.

Lovely hotel, guest services were wonderful, staff spoke English making it easier for this non Korean speaking American to understand. The room was spotless and spacious. Beds were not tempurpedic, but they were comfortable. Nice hot water and good water pressure. Large bottles of water are provided daily.

Great Staff!
View was great and location was relatively close to the airport!
The in hotel store was top tier 10 out of 10! I’ve never seen a hotel with a full blown convenience store that has everything you need!
