Unacceptable
Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this.

Yes, everyghing was great. From the clean room tk the staff and amenities and the landscape.
