Hi,
Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited — mainly just white bread and cereal, and the selection remained the same each day.
Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future.

"Not our first stay at The Big Blue and won’t be our last. We had 2 double rooms and both were upgraded to deluxe at check in. The staff work really hard and are very friendly. Breakfast is amazing!"
