Good location 15 minute walk from King's X station, surprisingly quiet area. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff (easy check in). Hot buffet breakfast was awful 😖, bacon very tough and fatty, no choice of eggs (only very watery scrambled eggs), and sausages very dry and tasteless. Cold buffet much better. Staff at breakfast pleasant and efficient.
All in all pretty much as expected from a chain hotel in a very touristy location. I would definitely stay again but maybe room only.

"The facility was reasonable. The bar area is not well laid out nor very comfotable. The tables were not cleand and the bar prices rather high. The dinner and breakfast were ok but little fruit available. Bedroom was fine."
