"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. "We somehow managed to book a balcony suite at the front of the hotel and this was probably the best room we've ever had at any hotel!! The staff were all very pleasant from the reception team to the restaurant. Would I return? Most definitely"
