Staff was friendly. Bellman left bags unattended. Property itself was gorgeous, and room was excellent with unexpected bonus of private mini-pool that was put to use.

Nice room, beautiful beach. We did have a real problem checking in. We arrived early in the morning with many others from a cruise ship and were told to wait until 4 to check-in. By 2, everyone waiting except use had a room. At 4 we were told, our room was not ready. We asked to speak with the manager ...
