Overall really bad experience. I paid the deposit, went to the room, the bed had stains all over it. Came back down and said I wasn’t going to stay there and they wouldn’t give me my money back. I am still trying to get it back.

Location central to restaurants. Brenda guest service was very helpful and professional. We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. Highly recommend Spring Hills at Marriott in Monroeville ...
