The place and room were extremely clean and beautiful. The front desk was friendly and professional especially Sherina. She was the best. The breakfast is Yummy but way too oily. The place is very clean.

Stayed 3 nights prior to an additional 2 nights with an organized tour. Some of the staff spoke English very well and were very helpful. Others struggled with language and were less able to help or serve as needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The AC worked well and we enjoyed sitting out on the attached terrace. The fitness room was small but adequate and the pool area was pleasant and well maintained. The only Real problem we had was repeated episodes of banging the 2nd night, which went on for about 3 hours. The front desk later explained that workers were performing work in the kitchen below the rooms. Why do this at midnight until 3am? Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel to others.
