This place was amazing. VIP treatment from the very start. The room was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, and plush. Just what I needed after a long flight. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Thoughtful design and spacious room - we had a nice break there

We liked our stay however with one of our rooms, we added breakfast which was nice however, on the final morning, we were told breakfast was not included since we were checking out. That’s not right

Room was slightly small. Would have given it a four star if it were less pricey.

Very good hotel. Nice rooms in a good location with nice bay and park views. They have a very nice rooftop bar and restaurants but it is practically not available to hotel guests. Hotel guests do not have any priority to get it and it is mostly used by locals who are not hotel guest. Very disappointing because we booked this hotel hoping to enjoy the rooftop. We complained to management and eventually they gave us access to the rooftop only one night. They need to find a way to give priority to hotel guests to use the rooftop facilities.

Highly recommend the Grand Hyatt if you’re looking for a luxurious, stress-free stay in Hong Kong. We’ll definitely be back!
