Room was cleaned daily except for toilet bowl which was malfunctioning and had to use another toilet at the gym room, otherwise all was good.

Very modern hotel right in the middle of the action! No pool but great modern vibe with small, well thought out spaces. Loved the view from the restaurant!

Our stay at Kowloon Shangri-La was very comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The only downside was that the bathroom did not have a bidet. Other than that, everything met our expectations and made for a pleasant stay.
