"On check in the lobby was dark and quiet. I was given my room key and went to my room. Room was on the third floor but the elevator was out so I took the stairs. Walking up stairs and down the hall to my room was filthy. Getting in the room, the room smelled horrible of cigarettes. Walls were dirty. ..."
