"This is a beautiful, luxurious hotel in a lovely part of Portugal. Easy to get an Uber into Cascais or to the many historical tourist sights in Sintra. There is no shuttle bus and this was not clear before we arrived but we found Ubers reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. "Lovely setting near the coastal road, just 10 mins drive/ uber from Cascais. Outdoor pool large and great for kids and teens. Location means Guincho beach or Cascais only 10 mins away."

"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"

"Lovely quiet resort away from the busier parts of Cascais but only a short drive from the centre. We loved our villa, it was spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished. It felt newly renovated. Daily cleaning was also a very welcome surprise. We ate at both the on site cafe and restaurant and enjoyed them both. "L’hôtel est vieillissant mérite une vrais rénovation. Le buffet n’est pas à la hauteur d’un Pestana 4 étoiles beaucoup trop de produits individuels cuisinés sans grande conviction. La qualité de certains produits est à revoir comme la charcuterie et surtout les légumes bonne diversité de fruits et yaourts à individualiser car tout le monde se servait dans le même plat ! Revoir svp matelas du lit d’appoint ( ressorts sont ressenti)"
