The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre. The immediate neighbourhood is relatively quiet but is not a tourist area, so you will need to have or arrange transport. There's some food stalls, bars and convenience stalls within walking distance but there's nothing fancy apart from the hotel's own restaurant which opens at 11am.

Great hotel. It is near Chinatown Hatyai. We grab some breakfast there. Otherwise you will have to take a grab or tuktuk to Lee Garden or Kim Yong market.
Hotel is very clean and friendly staffs.
