No ice. Didn’t clean or refill coffee station. Didn’t make bed or vacuum. Visible drip stains on wallpaper never cleaned. Smelled of cigarettes and marijuana throughout hotel.

Hotel is run down, carpet unclean, smells like vape everywhere you go. Staff was nice but slow, breakfast horrible, rotten fruit. Worst was the room heat did not work and we about froze.
