"We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls ..."

Wonderful stay with nice views
"The hotel is at a wonderful location, with lake view from my room. I stayed at the cabin section, and the room is super spacious. The only improvement would be the breakfast, as the selection isn't particularly wide, but the food available is tatsy."
