Flamingos Beach Holidays

We had a wonderful stay at Maxwell Residences at SOHO PV in Puerto Vallarta. The residence was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well located. The building and amenities were lovely, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy Puerto Vallarta. A special thank you to the Maxwell team and concierge for being so welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication before our arrival and during the stay was excellent, and everything was handled professionally. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend Maxwell Residences to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

We absolutely enjoyed Garza Blanca Sanctuary, since it was opened up just a few months ago everything was perfect. From arrival to our last day leaving. All the rooms suits, spacious with a huge balcony over looking the ocean. Our butler Marco was excellent and very attentive to our needs. Always there to make sure everything was taken care of. Oh the restaurant were all great with good food! We really enjoyed Hiroshi. Can’t wait to go back.

The AC stopped working and I had gone to front desk to let them know. They sent a person over and he said the unit was not on. He turned it on and it went out again within four hours. The floors and sheets were wet most all the stay. When I asked again at the desk they kept telling me it was because the balcony door was open. We never left the door open. It was closed tight when we went in and out. Pretty uncomfortable and the slippery tile floors were horrible and unsafe to walk on. We had to lay twoels down to walk on safely.

A DREAM!!! I’ve never stayed anywhere so luxurious in my life. It was practically a flawless experience! From the breathtaking views, the brand new luxurious rooms, the delicious food, the phenomenal service from each and every staff member including the concierge and the butler, the amenities, it was a DREAM!!! I couldn’t have imagined a better stay. I felt so lucky. I stayed for 7 nights for my birthday trip. They made my birthday so special and made me feel so loved! My butler Marco decorated my room with balloons, champagne and dessert and coordinated with my bf and the concierge team (Regina, Karina and Leslye) to get me a giant bouquet of flowers and a private dinner. It was a such a dream. The ONLY flaw was that housekeeping was inconsistent from day to day. Other than that I felt like a celebrity or like I was treated like royalty every day. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! THE BAD Housekeeping was very inconsistent from day-to-day. I was extremely disappointed by this my first two days there everything was cleaned and to a very high standard and neatly organized in the room. I only got turned down service one night, where they actually went above and beyond to create a real turndown service experience with music lighting, snacks, etc., but the rest of the week I did not receive any turn down service in the housekeeping service that I did receive was incomplete or. Floors not deep cleaned and room not properly/fully restocked. Room service food was also horrible.
