Very clean but dated bedroom & bathroom. Breakfast ok. Parking excellent & proximity to town/beach/pier great. Lovely staff. Had a sea view room with balcony in the Lodge which was ok but not somewhere we'd wa t to stay again. In need of sunstantial refurbishment but has amazing potential.

Some staff were not helpful. Breakfast was disappointing. Rooms average. Pool was unswept, shoddy though the pool itself was good.
