Location is a little isolated making travel to city, etc inconvenient. Thought it was close to Changi airport but I was mistaken and with traffic congestion it took longer than expected.

2nd time stopping at this hotel, although under different owners, but quality was as good as ever.

Clean room, very spacious. The water pressure was amazing!! The staff was very attentive and friendly and helped us with taxis to get around. They offer a shuttle to and from the hotel which was great and one of the reasons I chose this hotel.
