The sleeping rooms were spacious and the facilities were well equipped. Nevertheless, the traffic outside was hustle and a bit noisy all the day. Customer service staff were nice, helpful and responsive.

Gorgeous historic property. The entire staff couldn’t have been more helpful and gracious. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re near Heathrow. Very convenient….only 8 miles away.
