"The booking stated that min age requirement is 18. Once room was booked, I received a contacted that stated you have to 25 to check in. I tried to cancel right way they would not cancel my booking with a refund due even though they misrepresentation of age requirements. I message several times with no response from the hotel; I went through dispute with Expedia and got no response from them either after they reached out to hotel also. "We stayed Sunday-Thursday at the Watercolor Inn and it was nothing short of incredible. Even before arriving and calling the resort asking questions the week leading up to, to make sure we had our boxes checked, the staff was incredible! "We had a great stay here. Great room and location. Very clean. Loved that we only had to walk 2 min till we were on the white sand and soon were in the turquoise water. Loved the proximity to nearby towns if we wanted to staff communicated clearly and promptly. Would stay again!!"
