Staff were very good, attentive and courteous. This was the third hotel we stayed at in Singapore during the period. We found that our room at the Grand felt damp. The pillows felt damp and the quilt felt damp. We appreciate the weather in Singapore is humid but this was the only hotel of the three that we had that experience. We are seasoned travelers and work the air conditioning and temperature control where we can. The location is great and service was great. It was the room that was disappointing. Maybe the other rooms are fine but we were disappointed with the room.

The room was absolutely comfortable and clean. The staff was quite pleasant! Breakfast was my favorite part of the day. Would definitely stay again. I have no complaints to state.
