Kyushu All inclusive Holidays

The hotel is a bit old, and carpet and rooms are a bit dated.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, fully stocked amenities. The location of thisnhotel is also really close to a lot of markets, the castle, and restaurants.

The room was HUGE by Japanese standards. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff was very welcoming. The vanilla lattes in the cafe were a morning must.

The room was clean and great size. One of the complaints is the laundry machine couldn’t dry my load, which took almost 3 hours and still not dried. It’s not very convenient if some one do laundry at night that they have to stay so late. And if someone did laundry in the morning like me, I almost missed my train. They should invest to get a more powerful and efficient machine.

Everything was good except for the bed and pillows. The were slightly softer than concrete.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean and well kept.

The apartment was clean and very accessible to local nightlife in Fukuoka. The checkin process was a little confusing but nothing horrible. Room was a little small for 5 people but the price was right so it made up for it. I would probably book again if a bigger place of comparable price wasn't available.

Noisy. We can hear car passed by. There's a construction nearby and the workers started working each morning at 8am.

The Hotel is unattended, anyhow the hotel manager is always available for any help using the Check-in/out terminal at the entrance. The room was great, comfortable, the facilities, especially those in the kitchen, are excellent and the hygiene and cleanliness are perfect. I strongly suggest this hotel for a good stay.
