Check in after a long ,troubled travel for urgent stay took a long time also there were no towels in the room and couldn’t reach to quest service by phone

It's a good hotel, the beds are good, the pillows are good, and that's why we stayed there, but the AC was mediocre. It was warm, too warm to sleep well. The ac controller says -3 degrees.... of what? This alone makes us deciding not to return there anymore.
