"Some staff at reception weren’t bothered helping. Some did. There is no luggage help. The dining options are poor to say the least. However, some dining waiting staff were very welcoming and was a relief to know that something was better. The shower room leaked water in the rest of the bathroom, was very uncomfortable. "This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort.
