Greater Antilles All inclusive Holidays

Staff members were very attentive. We were met with pleasant smiles, we had personal help walked us to our room. Dinner reservations are automatically made that can be cancelled by our choosing. The food was great and the selections were plentiful. The Alcohol selections were out of this world (they have every Alcoholic beverage that's imaginable to mankind). LOL!! A very special thanks to the Privilege Club. Also to the countless of workers that helped us like room service, bellhops, housekeeping, maintenance and security. If there is one improvement that can be made to this place it would be the parking for people with natives (especially if family members) who transport guests onto to the property. It's not right that the driver has to leave because there is nowhere for them to park until the quests are checked in. This happened twice while we were there. There were so much confusion. Our driver was told that he/she could not park and wait and would have to go outside of the gate. This property should have an area design as DROP-OFF zone with some type of timing meter that drivers can stay at least 30-45 minutes or so until guests are checked-in and if they want to go out to shop or whatever the case maybe. I really hope that is considered and eventually implemented. Overall, very good, clean, safe and friendly place to stay. Megan D.

I find the staff at the hotel lack the level of situational awareness required to provide a superior guest experience, similar to what you would find at the Grand Palladium. For example, I went to one of the bars and waited for my drink. The bartenders did not really acknowledge me right away. Then a group of women came up, and they were acknowledged and served their drinks immediately. Another example occurred at checkout. The male attendant called a group of women who were obviously behind me in the checkout line before serving me. I find that some of the men who work at this hotel give preferential treatment to women, when the goal should be to provide every guest with a great experience. Lastly, one of the hotel taxi drivers blocked my car in the parking lot for more than 20 minutes while I waited to leave the hotel. When he finally arrived, rather than apologizing, he tried to justify his behavior. Overall, I find that this hotel lacks attention to detail and an end-to-end customer experience. I booked a one-night stay to celebrate someone's birthday, but the experience did not deliver the quality and level of service that was portrayed online.

Food was good not excellent. Bar tenders wasn’t the best. Pools and beach were both very nice.

Service was excellent , dining options was good, pool and beach was not crowded and very clean and concierge was always helpful when needed. I highly recommend staying.
