Good food and the bar has a great selection of whiskey to choose from. Hotel was clean but hallways could use some maintenence but otherwise a nice facility. Felt modern.

Second time visiting this location as a foreign tourist. I only stayed one night before taking the Shinkansen to Osaka, but I wanted to show my dad, who had never been to Tokyo before, Zojoji Temple, Tokyo Tower, and the hotel. We also had an excellent dinner at the Katsura restaurant inside the hotel.

Great hotel, decent rooms and good location. However the reception staff were not accommodating at all and quite blunt/rude. This was not the case for all staff, e.g., the ladies at the baggage service were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was also very busy during my stay in October this year (i.e., I had to queue for over 30min) to check in.
