Location is great. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. The staff was very friendly. My room was not large but you don’t visit a great city like this to stay in the room! I will stay here on my future work trips.

They ruined a hoodie we sent for washing then lost it and then lied about trying to contact me about it. They promised to find, resolve and sent it. Have not received it. Terrible attitude of the event.

Nice place. Website says it offers airport shuttle but it’s not really available. It was good for a night getting into Iceland.
