The overall experience was good with friendly staff in the front desk & concierge.
The room was spacious & the building is definitely required upgrade. The shower was not working & left a broken front & back iron & was not working neither.

The hotel is stunning and the staff are lovely, they did an excellent job with the new years eve dinner and party. The only issue we had was the number of mosquitoes in our room i had atleast 20 bites despite spraying my room and having the aircon on etc. Understand it is the season for it but it was difficult to sleep comfortably.

This was the nearest thing to paradise ! Exceptional staff who were always happy ! And to help, rooms lovely clean and well stocked , Sea to die for , highly recommend this place

No, the room could have been way better. The floors squeaked so loudly. The sink was leaking and cracked. I expected better conditions and was disappointed.
The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great in terms of quality and variety.
