Hotel environment outside quite dirty and rats all over. Rooms are very clean but the aminities are very poor for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was super good and lots of varieties overall the staff are very nice and helpful. Want to go back on my next trip to india

"The staff at the Trident were excellent, probably the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed. I had an accident in Mumbai and had to extend my stay, the staff looked after me, sent flowers to my room and were incredible in making sure all my needs were taken care of which was most appreciated."

"While the building has a bit of patina it does have charm. The staff makes one feel welcome. I prefer it to international style hotels where you could anywhere rather than somewhere. I felt somewhere."
