Cleanliness should be #1 priority. I know the Hotel was no longer in pristine condition compared to 10yrs ago when I first checked in and experienced staying in your hotel but I noticed that the hallways& the rooms are not clean dust every where it triggers my allergy.

Location was prime at Taipei main station but the room was small, and bed was very firm. It is a very large hotel and waiting for the elevators took awhile especially during breakfast hours. A nice perk the hotel offered was a complimentary drink at their cafe.
