"Trouble adjusting the air it was cold there wasn't enough towels nor enough blankets . Staff was not extremely helpful at the front desk the man didn't even speak fluent English I, didn't even understand but like a fourth of what he was saying stayed there years ago and it was really nice ! "Good hotel for the price. Really cheap parking (for Louisville prices) and good location in downtown. It's less than 5 minutes walking to different fast food restaurants. The installations and services are good, well maintained We only had an issue with the restroom (smell) but nothing major"

"Loved everything about it! The building is absolutely beautiful, the staff were very helpful, everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved the free tour and all of the history. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well worth it. We would love to come back!"
