Our room was very comfortable and roomy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The black out curtains were great for sleeping in. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is located in the heart of everything with an easy walk to museums, restaurants, Anne Frank, and around the corner from the ted light district. Ww felt very safe.

Fantastic location: on the water provides wonderful scenery, close enough to the old city to easily walk, but far enough to miss the noise.

the staff were top-notch, quick to help or say "i'll check on that." the hotel was clean. it is centrally located and convenient to the train station, the trams, and many interesting shops and eateries. would DEF come back.
