A beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and the location is fantastic. We are excited when we discovered the underground walkways that attached to the hotel. It is close to the station and other things to see. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful. It had a big variety, there was something for everyone.
We will stay here again!

Everything about the ANA Crowne Plaza in Sapporo is excellent. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Even the elevators were quick, accessible and very quiet. Excellent water pressure, comfortable firm mattresses. Wifi was great. Staff was very friendly. Very close to everything I wanted to see and buy.
