Unfortunately the front desk lady was very unpleasant. She told us she needed to go on her lunch break before checking us in, so she made us wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while she was eating. We had just landed from a 12 hour flight, so this was extremely frustrating. We asked for help from someone else and they didn’t even apologize.

Was a very pleasant stay. Very well provisioned, friendly staff, good location and amenities.

Conveniently located for Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3making it a good place to stay before and after flights.

Beautiful hotel, everything was clean, staff was super friendly, and breakfast was great.

The hotel is quite nice but much further from the airport than I expected. Prices for ubers or cabs from the airport for the short distance to the hotel are also ridiculous ($50+ for a 10 minute ride) so I ended up taking the bus but they only run every 20 minutes and it's a bit confusing to make sure you're on the right one. I also found the listings on Expedia to be misleading as I thought I had booked a room with a bathtub but then learned when I arrived that only the family rooms have bathtubs. Thankfully, Riya at the front desk was extremely accommodating and changed my room after I checked in. Was very impressed with the service and food, especially in the executive lounge was excellent. If it wasn't for distance from Heathrow I would easily stay again.
